At WTS, we take pride in accurately representing every item we sell. All items are pre-owned and may show signs of wear consistent with age and prior use. Please read our return policy carefully before purchasing.

 

No Returns or Exchanges for Change of Mind

Due to the nature of vintage and second-hand items, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Incorrect sizing

Minor flaws or signs of general wear

We encourage customers to carefully review all photos, measurements, and descriptions before purchasing. If you need additional information, feel free to contact us before placing your order.


Returns for Major Faults

We will accept a return only if:

The item has a major fault that was not clearly described or shown in the listing

You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

You provide clear photographs of the issue

If the return is approved:

You must return the item in the same condition it was received

Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer unless otherwise agreed

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.


Lost or Damaged Items in Transit

Once your order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, we are not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages caused by the shipping carrier. If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly. However, we’ll do our best to assist in resolving the issue.
